Hanni's team is the only one there that's actually worth anything to TL. Fire has said multiple times they weren't going to go back to TL but other than that there is exactly 0 teams worth getting in Dota that don't already have a sponsor.

Seriously though, western pros are a fucking joke. If there were any good SEA teams I would say that western teams would only make 2 of the top 8 spots at TI, but as it stands China is only going to have 5 teams there.

I think over half the western teams right now would lose to MVP.

That's the funniest part of the shuffle though. Everyone either stayed the same or got worse. We still manage to have these 80% useless players finding their way into good teams. It's fucking hilarious.

EG will probably be okay, Secret may even do decently, but right now the best teams of Europe and NA are VPP and EG respectively. Just let that one sink in for you. For even more hilarity, remember that Fire is your second best NA team.

Even with EU teams, I don't see anyone that is so far ahead of EG that I wouldn't label them all as "good and capable of taking an event". "Best team" is always a dumb discussion in any competitive anything.

I think the first place was shared between a couple of teams
vpp/eg/c9/secret were all as good depending on servers/days

Its better that way. I would rather have 10 competitive teams than a couple that dominate. Its more interesting and makes earlier rounds in events more exciting. Stomps are boring.
