It took me a while to realize that it's a silence dispeller so u can get it instead of manta/bkb on heroes that desperately need to take off silence.

glimmer cape is highly overrated right now imo, although it definitely has some utility in saving teammates subject to delayed magic damage (necro ult, sb shit, u know)

I like the cape specifically because it isn't good all the time.

But any team with a shadowblade slark and a glimmer cape support will be a nightmare. I am looking forward to do it.
