Im going to start looking for another job, this is utter bullshit working 50-60 hours constantly because the company refuses to not moderate the work we currently have and tries to do both commercial and residential work....

Never work with family. I don't think it would be that bad if I lived closer to the office or I was in either the landscaping or construction crews, but irrigation/lighting fucking sucks.

Currently, the company I work for has ~100 irrigation system to start, 2 water parks to finish, once which is around 50-60%, the other maybe 20-30%, an elevated system at an old steel mill that's around 75-80%, plus various other installations/service calls, some of which are will take upwards of a month, others less than a day.
