Its really hard to write legalese without context. And its really dry because I don't write argument. "Defendant is without knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief with respect to the allegations in paragraph 4." - is my favorite phrase however. Its legalese "why the fuck would my client ever know that". | ||

Back to winging it? in some ways its easier and you can just wing it if you're smarty but in other ways you have to explain the math without being overly complex or you'll just confuse everyone so you can't go in without thinking about how you want to explain the math. though some of the common core shit is actually really complex for these little 10th grade minds.
