Remember, lesh went from god-tier to unpickable when they merely added the animation to his edict. That hero cannot afford to stand still even for the fraction of a second required to cast his spells. He must stay mobile in fights to pump out dmg, and casting E ruins that.

Boston doesn't have any well known top tier players as far as I can tell. From any Esport, not just Dota. It was a wasteland for SC2.
