Service via Facebook message is amazing and awesome for those of us who deal with people who avoid service of process. For those who don’t know, dodging service is when you avoid a summons. Some states allow you to serve by alternative methods, but NY is one of the states that requires in hand service unless allowed by the Court and that is hard to get. If you have ever seen Pinapple Express, the lead is a process server in a state like NY where you need to trick people into accepting service. It is an art. | ||

i think i'm permapicking ES if our stack needs support for a while i've noticed that he is a weird initiator too if he doesn't initiate with the combo like he's stuck in the middle of all enemies afterwards | ||
