I ain't no meta slave, so raider is not an option atm. I started leveling a duelist thinking about playing a double strike boys build. From all the nerfs there is only one thing that really annoys me: flasks don't give immunity for their duration.
But I grew annoyed with PoE the last few leagues in general. Getting to the endgame burns me out most leagues. Acts are just a tutorial which takes forever, the current atlas progression gives me a headache and maven stuff is fun, but runs in a different direction than the atlas exploration. All the fucking clicking hurts my mouse hand. Uniques (and items in general) are all trash and everything is gambling which has an aversive effect on me. So I get to lvl92+, hit a wall of hand pain and realize "finally getting to the endgame" is already too much and then quit.
I want to like the game again, but it's too much of a time investment.

well for example in german that fish is called "thunfisch" i assume its the same deal in english that its name is actually "tuna fish" instead of "tuna"

A lot of this type of thing depends on where you grow up. I've known people from the UK who will always say ice hockey where here it's just hockey unless you mean field hockey in which case we'll say field hockey but in the UK they might just say hockey referring to field hockey a lot of the time. Context stuff in language can be so confusing if you're not native to that specific area even if you are speaking the same language lol

That their games also went to shit simultaneously isn't a coincidence. I don't care if my programmers are lazy and only work 18 hours a week when they say they're working 40. If they're good enough I won't be able to tell the difference. I do care if they're drunk on the job and distracting (let alone harassing) coworkers, and that was apparently common for entire groups of guys to do at Blizzard.

That's understandable, I've had similar feelings in the past leagues, but this time I made a conscious decision to stick it out and do some endgame stuff. I agree though they could change a lot of things and I hope they will in the future league patches.

Have you ever seen the twitter account of Mark Kern, the lead designer for vanilla WoW? Last time I checked he only posts complaints about how girls butts are too small in video games now lmao

I'm glad Blizz made War2, Diablo, and BW. These were some of my most played childhood games. Broodwar probably being the best game of all time. Diablo2, Diablo3, SC2, and Overwatch are fine games. The rest have never been my cup of tea. Quality has obviously declined for a long time (Overwatch being the only exception I would say.) From what I see, Blizzard just doesn't make games that I'm interested in anymore. I don't see any changes in the employees, management, or company culture that will fix that, so I've pretty much written them off. On top of mediocre games, what a despicable company atmosphere.

blizzard has had so many games that had such insane influence on gaming in general it's incredible that they're viewed so poorly in this day and age.
starcraft, wc3, WoW, diablo
all of these were revolutionary in their own ways and were literally genre defining and in some instances creating new genres all together
such a shame
