I think most states require you to collect 10k-100k signatures to appear on the ballot and while I'm sure Kanye could do that if he really tried I think he probably isn't gonna be organized enough to actually do it.

I find the overly internet-obsessed political hobbyists and fans confuse social media presence for on the ground political work, and are shocked when their YouTube or Twitter political commentators do poorly in a local election. Turns out there's a difference between being vocal on social media or being a meme and having an actual political campaign machine. Having high view counts or Twitter retweets and likes doesn't compensate for votes, volunteering and donations.

What does that mean? Are the numbers good or bad for FGC esports?

Quick Google search tells me an Evo event was cancelled

Quick Google search tells me an Evo event was cancelled That's because the CEO of EVO apparently paid underage boys to strip for him or some bullshit like that. EVO was supposed to be online because of covid lockdown anyway, and this just seems like a nail in the coffin and a nice way for sponsors to distance from it.

From an NA perspective I think that the insane theatrics around diving in the sport is one of the largest deterring factors with regards to growing more interest by quite a bit.
