There's a bug atm where it's repeatedly adding or removing MMR after a win or loss, so people are gaining or lose thousands of MMR. Could've affected that Tinker.
I'm also not able to connect to the game coordinator or find a match atm.

Yea his profile was weird aswell, like his rank last season was legend so it makes it impossible that he had a very high solo mmr
