Had to get an emergency prescription for promethazine because my wife couldn't keep anything down at all for 5 hours. She was no longer ill after that, but felt awful for a couple days. | ||

Yes but it gives one or two nods to the games. For example, Henry bases his voice completely on Doug Cockle from the game. If anything his appearance looks more like game Geralt than the description from the books as well. Other characters seem to mesh the books and the games together. On the other hand they approached Triss differently. If they wanted to minimise her role that's fine, it's how it was in the books, but they didn't even do that. They put her in for the Striga story when in the books she doesn't show up there at all, suggesting they tried to appease her fans...but then cast her completely differently. | ||
