I haven't ripped that often since I first started properly playing in incursion. But this may be because I was playing a weird build for the second half of the story. It's alright, I died a few times to bosses and metamorphs but all in all the mechanic is fun. also I really missed armageddon brand, it feel so nice to play it again I should have mentioned we were a party of 5 for most of the acts, so many deaths would have been avoidable if I was playing alone. I don't want to pick up organs by myself, but other than that I am really surprised how much fun I am having considering this is december league. Also, the Brand playstyle is really something I want to do again at some point. It's awesome.

My main gripe with the game is the inaccessibility for casual players like me

just pick every damage talent then realize it was bad and quit the game til the next league

i was trying to watch the ufc event last night but i made a big dinner of kielbasa and pierogi's and immediately fell asleep at like 8:30 lol

Something went wrong at my work with some third party software and I've been stuck in conference calls with Oracle from tuesday-friday, despite being the third most junior member of my department. Weird feeling being in the room with the COO etc. after only having been there 4 months for so long. (I'm the one doing all the testing since I figured out how to compile a somewhat bizarre maven project from 4 years ago).

yeah it's good for my job security but I feel like someone's head is going to roll for this (currently we're an insurance company unable to print anything for customers)

Think of it like MTG. There are two schools of thought - either you grab a decklist from someone, build a deck and enjoy playing the game, or spend just as much time outside the game as you do in the game cobbling together what will ultimately be a deck thats probably worse than what youd have if you just grabbed someone else's decklist to begin with.
If you don't like deckbuilding, just grab a list.

If you don't like deckbuilding, just grab a list. thats what I did. But I really would need someone on discord explain to me what to do item wise on the go. Cause when I invested the time into just playing the story (havent managed to finish it even once, yet), I hit a wall where my chosen build was kinda weak and I didn't know how or where or what to farm/level up/what to do.
I really liked the boss fights - the poison cloud one was really interesting compared to D3 or GrimDawn I think. But ultimately, to me, it's too overwhelming as a whole. There is something as too much content imo. While it's aparently a great game, I struggle to get a satisfactory feeling out of it. Even with a build order more or less fully fleshed out.

If you get "Path of Building" (third party software that helps with builds) you will notice that most popular builds will have really solid notes on what items/skills to pick up while leveling. Zizaran has some great PoB builds with very in depth notes written on what to do whether it's end game, leveling, or whatever else.

You can surely hit me up in game and I might be able to help you understand things. Just PM me your character name.

For me I can't get back into PoE because I dun wanna devote ssd space to it and it runs like butt otherwise.

Watchmen ended today and not so happy with the ending. Quite rushed with its attempt to wrap everything up and some weird inconsistencies. Think the show peaked in the middle and couldn't stick the landing.

Moved into my new place over the weekend. A lot of my body is sore and we still have to set up appliances. Also a good 20-25 minute drive from work, which honestly isn't too bad.

Congrats ith!
@ slomo <3 thanks for the offer. I'll come back to it when I play the game again. Possibly when I set up mouse and keyboard for my TV. :D
