There was a huge windstom in the mountains this weekend. winds gusting around 80mph destroyed some healthy trees around the house. It lasted for like 36 hours with power going in and out, sometimes flickering on and off every few seconds. It wasn't snowing at all but the winds alone created a full 4 foot snowbank over the driveway. Pretty crazy weather

My PC randomly decided to stop booting up, the fans are spinning but windows doesn't start and monitors display a message that there's no signal. My guess is something happened to the hard drive (god knows what, yesterday it worked perfectly fine)

sounds more like an issue with your graphic card/motherboard
either your pc isnt starting
or your pc is starting but your screens/graphics arent working

When I get home I'll open the case and have a look inside, maybe a wire came loose from vibrations or sth.

what sound does it make ? You can somewhat hear when a computer is restarting over and over or if it loaded properly

It didn't sound like it was constantly restarting, but two or three times it restarted just once, after maybe 10-15 seconds of running.

if your hard drive is dead, your monitor would still be getting a signal. it would simply boot up to a point where it says that it can't find an operating system or boot drive.
