Went to a walk-in clinic earlier and still made it into the office before 9:00. What a day honestly. And if I have a nice short-cut with a doctor I already know, I'm gonna levy that! I bet there's actually a well built system in place to find a therapist wiling to speak with you, I just haven't investigated it much. I definitely agree there should be a better system in place though, if the directory doesn't actually exist. | ||

A friend of mine's a sort of shrink and she said you'd have to call at least 40 odd persons and leave a voicemail every time to maybe get one or two callbacks. Best bet is the last 15min of each hour cause the sessions usually go from the full hour to a quarter to the next. But I mean, you have a serious (motivational) problem and then you have to go through this shit? People recommended me to document my failed attempts at reaching someone so that I can be fast tracked at some point lol @mav you have to go through with it though. I have a couple of friends who really benefitted from therapy. It's a very(!) good thing to have a go at. | ||
