u could buy the ~~210~~ 220 € Vega 56 thats on offer right now for example and accept the refund of the other card

If you have a reasonably powerful enough PC there is no reason to buy an Xbox since all the games will also be on PC

Does anyone else feel like there weren't that many "must-buy" exclusives for this console cycle?

For me it was basically just bloodborne and maybe God of war. I'm sure persona 5 made buying a PS4 worthwhile for a lot of people. I didn't see any Xbox exclusives that tempted me to buy one.
