It is fair to note that it is very much an RPG trying to tell you a set of stories, which is generally just something idgaf about. I'm more into "RPG" being "I put on my battlepants +9 and hit the enemy as hard as I can" than it being a delivery system for the story of Clarence the Bard. Other people might care about the story of Clarence the Bard, and they'd probably enjoy parts of Octopath that don't mean anything to me. | ||
