I think it might actually be more awkward with LARGER hands. I've got pretty big hands, and moving my thumb off of space to hit alt feels really awkward. Time to dig up that old N52te again, I suppose. | ||

If you use grid (QWER), I'd recommend either of the following for items: DFGCVB with T and Y being abilities 5 and 6 or ZXCVBG | ||
