Can try to pick people up from LiquidParty. Not sure people there actually play games though ^_^

It is difficult at times to find people to play with. Sometimes you can find people willing to play in fan channels as well, like blitzdota. The active players tend to be the same, which sucks since there is an average 200+ players in channel but all either in game or idle.

Make friends with people on tl forums, add them on steam, ask if they're up for a game when you see them online.

rethought it, probably bashing that is uncalled for...all i want is the good dotars

Without visible mmr it sucks making random groups. Roughly equal skill level stacks are the most fun otherwise you either have to carry hard or hope someone else carries hard.

Played my first game against bots yesterday, is there a way for smartcasting (like in lol for example) or is it button+left click?

No option for smartcasting, I think someone made a script for it, but the game is so much less spammy than LoL that it's probably not necessary.

Hmm. Since i'm no where near as good as i was when i played competitively i was wondering if any other people who are trying to improve would like to make a group of 5 to practice together w/. We'd accept lower skill levels ect as long as you want to improve. If you guys seem interested i'll make a thread about practice teams. I know we have the find a team/player thread but that is mostly for people who want to jump in and scrim right away from people who are decent and above. i want to make practice groups to get better together.

Plenty of bad plays, but enough random roots that I wouldn't be surprised if the next druid that guy plays doesn't get a single root the entire game to cancel it out. I feel that poor wr's pain, he got first hit rooted MULTIPLE times.

ya that was pretty cool. I was surprised they could crawl out of that.

I think i'm gonna start streaming. But even with all the indication, it's freaking hard. I'm too stupid :<

Yeah, I've thought about streaming for a while but I don't think my computer could handle it. Also, I'm down with playing some scrims, PrinceXizor, or with any of you guys. It feels like I haven't posted on TL for a year, damn, it's good to be back though.
