Bloodstone... lol... Yeah, first thing you should get for tinker (who is an Int hero) is a bloodstone... what a joke.

If you disagree you could just politely point out why you do. TL is supposed to be a friendly community. Just because you may believe that you are more knowledgeable than another player, does not mean that the other player is stupid, and to suggest otherwise is ignorant (I hope you noticed how antagonistic your posts sound). Also, I have found the guides on dotafire extremely helpful.
Bloodstone is a great item on rhasta.
The mana regen and extra mana are immensely helpful. Ether shock does 320 magic damage to 7 targets, meaning it can be spammed in lane and during teamfights. Usually when pushing, it's very helpful to just keep spamming ether shock on the creep waves. Hex and shackles both require a huge amount of mana, and without bloodstone, shadow shaman becomes nothing more than a glorified creep who just autoattacks after casting a few spells. At level 3, mass serpent ward costs a whooping 600 mana, meaning it'll be about the only thing shadow shaman can use in a teamfight without bloodstone, or a similar item.
The only comparable item to bloodstone for rhasta is sheep stick, but sheep stick is significantly harder to farm than bloodstone, as bloodstone can be purchased in many small parts. Also, rhasta already has a hex, so in my opinion, the extra hex from sheep is nice, but unneeded. More importantly, bloodstone gives much needed hp, as when rhasta shackles somebody in a teamfight, he basically screams TARGET ME, not to mention that he's naturally not tanky as an int hero. The other benefits of bloodstone are extremely useful as well, and you can build up a huge amount of charges so you can constantly spam all of your spells in teamfights. If the other team is stupid enough to kill you, your entire team will get healed too.
Rod of atos on rhasta should be self-explanatory, as the int and hp are very useful, and the slow helps a lot as well.
Veil is a very underrated item in my opinion. It's a bit expensive, but it's extremely useful when your team has a lot of strong casters such as shadow shaman or qop.
