What's more weird that one of the new tooltips is saying that you can sell bkb and buy a new one to refresh the charges. I wonder if it's a mistake and they made to type "drop" instead of "sell" or if it's really getting changed. I think it's just a mistake, I don't really think IceFrog is buffing bkb. Maybe if the item as a whole gets reworked more, but that doesn't seem like either. | ||

Hence why he said "intended change". Explicitly putting it in the tooltip implies its the intended behavior and not a bug--which it was to this point. It's a stupid change though because literally the only reason it's this way is because a tester forgot to report Chrono on test client when he reported all the other stuff that incorrectly revealed Slark (e.g. BS's Thirst), and Valve was too lazy to change it after the fact when it already went live. | ||
