Okay got most of 'em right but wasn't sure about Rubick. He looks fucking badass.

I think Joindota article mentions that is Rubick. He does look freaking badass, I never played him in dota 1(Quit before he came out) but if he looks like that I don't care how he works.

I'm an idiot. One of the last pics was of a red and black lizard-like thing. I was thinking... slark?

Rubick is the single most annoying hero in the game, he has the ability to grab you where he wants, an aura that increases spell resistance and an ulti which can steal the last spell cast by the enemy (16s CD! WTF). I would rip my hair out every time I meet that little shit playing as anyone.

The lol wiki started 5th may and the dota2 one on 11th may, seeing from the recent changes log. So it's rather new.

That lol wiki is completely empty, while that dota2, already has many sites cool :D

spell steal can be a game changer but thats just how things are.

Without W you have the lowest base speed of any Dota2 hero (tied with CM (techies isn't in)), so it makes sense to go blink and forcestaff because they are independent of your base movement speed. However with W, you can just stack drums+phase+Eul's and get haste.
Not to say force staff still isn't a good choice. But I love Eul's, and I can get phase, drums, euls, and ags at approximately level 17, but only just (albiet, pros may farm better than me). Also, Eul's helps a lot when you have ags, because spamming all the spells costs a lot of mana. 150% is a lot of regen, and when you have fairly high levels in quas you never need to go back to base.
Also, with E means less spammy spells. 'Nado/EMP every 30secs uses a lot of mana, where as sunstrike every 60secs does not.
EDIT: I love concept art. When I go QW, i find myself not getting Euls anymore - invoker as is has plenty of disables, and I just pick up the void stone for the extra regen and try to get scepter as quickly as possible - particularly since I feel QW peeks in the midgame and tails off very quickly, and that his strength in the midgame is spamming his spells in teamfights. I feel as though Euls just delays that too much.
I haven't had too much experience with QE invoker (i'm just starting to play around with him yesterday), but I'm going to play around with builds - I still feel as though the earlier you get scepter, the better - but i'm going to start playing around with fitting a forcestaff into the build.

That Lanaya art is awesome. I hope she looks like that come release.

Weird. Have you shown the replay on the dev forums? Sounds like a nasty bug.

Not saying that he is imbalanced, just a very frustrating hero in team fights.

Hmm, I guess the one right below Mortred is the new direction they've gone with Magnataur.

Edit: there never really has been a time where i felt as though I didn't have enough movement speed when going QW + phase.
