Yeah, punishment for abandoning and enough reports for intentional feeding. It puts you in a queue only with other people who've abandoned games or tend to intentionally feed. Not sure what it does for MMR, but it basically forces you into probably the shittiest games of dota you've ever played for the next number of games.
You also obviously can't do ranked in LPQ
