Ember Spirit is Ember or Xin, Earth Spirit is Kaolin. I feel like Valve could have worked on their acronyms a bit. I mean, "Ember" isn't even that obvious a fire-related word. They could have picked like five other things that would have started with a different letter. | ||

Enigma can use the downtime a lot more effectively because he can actually farm. Kaolins farming rate is like the worst in the game. Death and decay still does a fair amount of damage throughout the game. His minions does a lot of damage + good for pushing etc. And when the minions falls off in fights he will have items to help the team like hex/shivas/whatever. Once Kaolin is out of stones it's like effectively putting a 1minute CD to use both his stun and silence. That's a bit too much considering they don't do insanely much damage + the stun is relatively hard to land . And if you use them, it will increase your ulti CD of it's max damage potential with another minute. I still think Kaolin has the potential to be really strong utility. But his cooldowns are just a bit too high for a that type of hero atm. | ||

People just stop playing him since Icefrog laid down the huge nerfhammer on him. Maybe Icefrog just have to do minor buffs/rescale his Boulder Smash to bring him back. His stone cooldown is fine i think. Before that, he could just spam his stones,pull, roll in and boulder smash and ulti for ez kills since the stone remnant is low. Now you cannot do that anymore. You actually have to be mindful of how to use ur rocks. | ||
