If kaolin is down to one rock and knows there's a big teamfight coming, he literally can't do anything for the next minute or he risks not contributing. That said, down to 30s helps. I wouldn't mind seeing the nerfs to his kick range reverted as well; everything IF did to tone down his original incarnation is kind of irrelevant now that grip and pull are switched. I do think it's a hero that has to be in CM before we make any real judgements. The skill ceiling is just so high that it's impossible to call him underpowered until we see what he looks like in a real game. | ||

The stones mechanic is really interesting as pseudo-mana and by and large I like it. My point is that the common response ("black hole is a 180s cd so it's fine for kaolin to that long to regen all his stones") is really comparing two different things. | ||
