Also: Ö/ö is standard on german keyboards Just as Ä/ä and Ü/ü. Y and Z are also swapped for whatever reason, which made playing SF in wc3 a mess, until I found out you can "make" your keyboard english by pressing alt+shift - yea, germany is weird.

Canadians can make their keyboards french with "Ctrl + Shift" but all that changes is the punctuation on the right /?"';: etc become the accented vowels (e and a mostly). I can't do it at work though apparently. Maybe the two vanguard stack damage block at times ? Sn0_man is right, Vanguard was nerfed by 25 HP in 6.73. Along with the introduction of Tranquil Boots, this pushed Vanguard out of use. Prior to 6.68, it gave 300 HP, and in its heyday, it gave equal block value to ranged heroes.

Maybe the two vanguard stack damage block at times ? i think they stack multiplicatively, and only one shield can proc at any one time (stoutshield, pms, vanguard) in the order of acquisition (most recent -> oldest). so for vanguard it's: .8 chance to block 40 dmg + (.8*.2) chance to block 40 dmg = .8 + .16 = .96 chance to block 40% damage so you're paying like 2k+ to get 250 more health, 6 regen, and a 16% chance to block 40 damage. 2 vanguards aren't worth it. then again rng/prd works super weird so the average block chance isn't actually .8, it's like .6 or something like that. I'm actually super confused about how the distribution works. I also built S&Y on EVERYONE. And usually 1v5'd, because starting laning phase with a fucking Yasha meant I could actually last-hit. Those were the days.

Would removing the ranged restriction on Vanguard send it back to the days of core on every hero?
