Mostly people just get muted tho,reason is because the system seems to really hand those out like nothin so people figure they might as well just report you for verbal abuse and get you muted asap. EE used to get a lot of those,people would just report him no matter what and he was muted 24/7xd but yea seems like abandoning games and verbal abuse is top priority when it comes to handing out punishments. I would also assume feed and ability abuse are iffy because it's hard for a system to distinguish between intentional feed and someone just having a terrible game(which is when people tend to report you anyways mostly) | ||

Lets brainstorm : Lets say you can get only rep from people you dont know and then this rep can influence droprates for items. This would mean you can get twice the number of arcana, mythicals and rares but still the same total number of drops. Now, i get rewarded for my good behaviour because im getting more premium drops and less garbage, thx valve! Systems that only punish are so outdated and almost never work efficient. Like, they boost the speedingticketprices every freaking year and still people drive like madmen. | ||

That's still very prone to abuse because you can create accounts you "don't know" and play on lesser-played regions to guarantee queuing into each other. It's much harder to get those kind of exploitable situations out of punishment-based systems.
