How is Pitlord now? His atrophy aura seems really interesting. 42% damage reduction on everyone seems pretty big in teamfights.

Oh, can you no longer double midas / necro on zet anymore? Thats good

I think so at least? I thought I read a while back in wc3 dota patch notes that you couldnt anymore, gonna check now and edit if I was wrong.
EDIT** I tested myself in wc3 it works!

Midas is usually one of the first items to be exempt from unintended use. I don't know if Dagon or Necrobook are exempt as well, but my gut tells me one of them is.

There's nothing in the changelogs that I can see. As far as I know it's still only Refresher that is disabled for him. And stuff like wards. I honestly don't see him disabling every item that is good on the hero, maybe one or two. I would expect changes to come somewhere else.
At this point it also can't be unitended use. Those kind of fixes come quickly in an abc patch, not 3 patches later. He could disable Midas for balance reasons, but it's hard to see him not expecting or even intending them to be viable on him, even the CDs line up. It is the team that didn't realize Fury Swipes would be OP in the Chinese New Year event though...

I still have memories of Pitlord in my dota1 vs AI games of old. I don't know what he was doing ever, but hot fire would rain down on my face, I'd be stunned or trapped or something in his wall, and then I'd die a lot. Can't say I'm looking forward to him

Midas on Zet was core just because he had it double thanks to the TD, same with necros and shit. It's not as good as you think right now, since feeding necrominions can backfire pretty hard and one way or the other, he is gonna get the gold and he wants to avoid overacquiring xp.

The ham is a fun hero. You can channel the power of grilled ham to rain fire from the sky, and the power of strong tendons to hold enemies in place for up to 3 seconds(people can still attack and cast spells though).
His ult is a team teleport of everyone who is around him after a short delay after the cast. He can teleport to structures and lane creeps. I can't think of any ham-ness for this, but rest assured global teleport is the reason he will be imbalanced.
Originally it was a buggy 2-way portal. Fun times. You could never enter the portal when you wanted, and you would always enter when trying to go around. Advanced players always opened the portal into their own fountain, because enemies could use the portal as well. I miss the good old portal.

Yeah PPD talked about it on stream the day they kicked Fluff, that liquid were deciding between Demon and Sneyking. They already got rejected by Korok and 1437.

And I thought I could become a Team Liquid fan. I really hope they go with Demon, there's nothing like-able about Sneyking.

He actually gets more than double because his ult has a shorter CD than Midas, and the clone always spawns with all CDs ready. Though, as with Midas bear, the main hero does not get the XP on the clone's Midas.
EDIT: I could see him making a DotA 2 only change where the clone spawns with same CDs as the main hero rather than resetting everything. That would actually be fairly significant.

It makes base racing insanely legit. And forces the other team to keep their lanes pushed out, since if they ever have someone out of position with a creep wave outside their base, you can bring five heroes to the T3s nearly instantly.

It's down to whether it will make his ult as useful as his cooldowns allow him to be or not. Also, as far as I know, you don't want XP on Zet (as in, you want to be the lowest level after lvl11).
