Phoenix obviously has no abilities that scale with farm so depending on the exact function of his ulti he's either an initiator (mid/offlane) or a support. I know nothing about the heroes beyond what the update pages list. | ||

He's still going to be a powerful teamfighter, but at least now he's not the most obnoxious immoveable off-laner in the game as well. | ||
