Pugna, Chen, Luna, etc. all do well against her if you can get the team together to push.

On melees normal Bottle-crowing should allow you to stalemate the lane in most cases.
Most of it is just about positioning in lane. Don't stand somewhere were he can kick a rock to hit both you and your creeps (especially if he's maxing Boulder Smash). Don't stand close enough to his tower that he can kick you into tower. Don't stand near the creep wave if lane pressure is toward your side and he can kick you into his creeps right as yours die, etc.

I think one of the worst heroes for midas is Leshrac. I think he generally benefits from more mana then midas seeing as he relies mostly on mana for flash farming, especially when it comes to clearing stacked camps.
I just wanted to get that out of my head, leshrac midas and its viability has been bouncing around in my head for some time.

Huskar can beat him. The problem there is that you then have a huskar on your team.

meh don't worry about beating him directly in mid. when he goes to team fight just make sure there's a silencer or disruptor or w/e to silence him for a bit while everyone beats the crap out of him.
The thing is, by the time he gets to teamfights, it shouldn't matter. He's a powerful teamfighter, but his real strength comes out long before that in his ganking power. If you're waiting till teamfights to deal with him, he's going to have developed everyone else on his team. His own farm barely matters because he's not really a farm- or level-reliant hero.
He actually is more comparable to, say, Clockwerk or Pudge, than QoP or Timbersaw.

Wait until the Huskar, Abaddon, +1 support trilane becomes popular.
Then you'll be crying.
I think Yango is trying to hit this post count so he can have two teams on the teamliquid pasture league. It's pretty obvious.
