Not getting ulti on veno until later is actually pretty standard. Maxing gale is also depending on the type of laning you are doing.

It can backfire as well, if you are maxing cogs for the mana burn, I'd argue you are doing it wrong.
I saw people maxing rocket first due to its harassing power, supports have nothing for that.

He's only really good in an aggressive trilane and even then there are better options these days that can transition into something more.

i can see that, but no points in wards until level 10? that's.... not good, especially when I'm usually chen and those wards would make us super hard to engage into during the push.

Honestly whats the point? Rocket is much better for pickoffs than longer cogs and you can keep all lanes pushed and get more farm.

Gale actually does more damage than soul assumption now even if you only hit one target. Damage over time has its downsides of course, but it is also area of effect...

Just played ranked, I was the second guy in the team and the pink slot had 2 points less than me, so I don't think the colour is sorted by MMR, or maybe uncertainty is factored in somehow.

When you see LC players at 4k+ using their ult when they're guaranteed to die and other shit you know matchamking is not exactly perfect
