Recently i had a game where i farmed like mad so i rushed the Dagger (<15 min with Treads or somethign like that). But i just could not support it with the Manapool? I had some bad luck with getting quick kills from the early Dagger (more an ES on my team that fissured BAD and saved 3-4 enemy heroes which would have been kills otherwise ^^) Even with completed Agha i was constantly low on Mana... It really got to the point where i tought about getting Battlefury first on him ^^ (because Battlefury is the most underrated item ever on any melee hero there is :p).. Well.. How do you build him? Dagger first seems not to be the way? | ||

That's how i will usually build him, but it depends on enemies too. But drums dagger and aghanim is still what i'm aiming for in 90% of the games. | ||

Dagger first seems not to be the way? If you didn't have a magic stick you should get one it is under rated how much regen they can give especially on strength heros like panda. Bottle is also not bad alwell | ||

I don't like it that much, mostly because there are 15+ seconds of a fight where you have no access to your urn. That's 2-3 urn charges that someone else could have been capable of casting. Realistically the best Sobi Mask based regen item for Panda is going to be Basilius, which he will turn in to Vlad's later anyway. | ||

If I'm not wrong, you can use those extra charges after the fight to heal, or while chasing. It isn't optimal, but in pubs no one else will get it and its better than no urn. If you don't get charges while ulti, then thank goodness I've only played a couple of games and those games I played with friends who went urn  Thats right! I was going to try out basi on him. Early game is gives good m.regen, then later on it gives armor to your ulti which is hard to get (since you can't get items on them). | ||

One other thing is if you get Bottle, remember to keep Bottle-Crowing it midgame. Don't just run around with an empty bottle. Realistically midgame people will be saving for bigger items, farming will slow down, and wards/smokes will be on CD so the courier will actually have more time to Bottle-Crow for you. | ||
