But I'm pretty sure if you had 2 mantas on tinker in WC3 DotA, you got 4 illusion if you manta (both go on cooldown) -> rearm -> second manta.
Might be pretty good on heroes that use refresher either way

im starting to fiend real bad, my isp has been trying to unblock my tcp ports for nearly a month now to no avail and still won't send me a new router promising they will fix it "tomorrow"

Yeah. They lose their speed right before they reach your T2 though (right under or over where you would be pulling your easycamp to the lane if I remember correctly), so if you're alone, thats where you should be waiting for them to block. If you have a buddy with you, one of you can attempt to block a bit earlier and the other can wait at that speedloss point.

I just generally find the store pretty broken when trying to go to a page from anywhere other than the storefront to be honest. I don't know whats wrong with it, it just randomly bugs out.
