There was talk for a while about how x.x9 dota patches always have secret things that can be done to get hints at what the next hero release is going to be... just watched 6.79's, and apparently the hero/secret is called Sun Wukong and drops a "Genuine Monkey King Bar". Are they actually going to release a hero named Sun Wukong and referred to as the Monkey King? Seeing as unmentionable hero tower defense game has a hero called Wukong, the Monkey King, it seems like intentional shit-disturbing. Drama story, I am intrigue, what happen next? Dota 6.79b secret + Show Spoiler + I know Sun Wukong the Monkey King is from a chinese myth or something, I also know that there have been accusations of League "stealing" hero design ideas from the website that Pendragon shut down or whatever. Legally, I wonder if Valve could call a hero Sun Wukong, or if Dota will get Sun Wukong and Dota 2 will get Marzipan Thunder, the Monkey Ruler. In any case, interesting! | ||
