In that game, Mineski's supports bought a second flying courier, allowing Mineski's solo mid and 1v2 lane to double bottle-crow, effectively stalemating a bad mid matchup (Slardar vs. Pugna; Pugna expected to take Slardar's tower in like 10 mins), as well as a 1v2 matchup. The game was talked about quite a bit in the following weeks (2009 did a commentary and analysis of the game on his Youku channel), particularly as it was considered to be something of an upset. Bottle-crowing picked up in Chinese play over the following few weeks, with the realization that with normal rune control (in the Mski/LGD game, Mski basically ceded rune control, as neither Slardar nor QoP really could not leave lane to get runes), a single crow could easily support a team getting 2 bottles without being overly disruptive of normal courier usage. As it stands right now, bottle-crowing is pretty much ubiquitous in Chinese play. It's even seen in pub games (though IIRC it's somewhat frowned upon as being "tryhard"). | ||

Also that 600 gold is much better for other things, such as a bracer, getting to meka, etc, supports without anything are basically fodder aswell even though they don't need that much. | ||

Don't forget Boots. A laner who's simply staying in lane and farming can spend his first 600 gold on Bottle for sustainability. That first 600 gold on a support has so many other things it can be better spent on (Wards, Smokes, Boots all enable supports early game much more than a Bottle does). | ||

To be expected I guess. People will just add you on steam to continue rage. I do wish there was a way to talk to people in the game without them being your friends there have been times I've wanted to continue a proper conversation with someone but can't because the only way to do so was to add them on Steam but I don't want to add random people ><. | ||

also on the HUD: i really dislike: the split between minimap and portrait (should be smooth, not like a cracked rock lol) the big sword and maybe the font... reminds me a lot of runescape for some reason | ||
