In the case of the heroes you mentioned, it depends a lot on the enemy team. Treads are outright better than Phase for man-fighting frontliner heroes, but in many cases those aforementioned heroes will begin fights chasing/engaging on backline support/caster heroes. In which case, the attack speed has very little use (and the MS and damage from Phase have more use) because you're not fighting them straight up, you're chasing them down. | ||
