I'm sure that was at least a little sarcastic, but bloodrage is a bad idea because if you're silenced you can't enchant again.
Enchant in trees-> Shadowblade->rightclick->enchant->fissure->rightclick is... like... seriously, go try it. This is one of those ideas that sounds like a troll build, and then you actually run it and.... welp.
The aoe stun on totem shouldn't be underestimated either. Having a semicarry with a 5sec cd aoe stun which is also an on-demand maxed PA crit is not to be sneezed at, especially when the hero packs echoslam and fissure as well. Putting ES in a farming role means you get an asston of cc and still have both your support slots still open. So much lockdown...
I mean, it's not exactly going to take the pro scene by storm, but as a pub build it's no joke.

Just as a point of clarification, it's a little misleading to call Enchant Totem a maxed PA crit, because remember that %-based damage multipliers only calculate from your base damage and main stat-based damage, while crit multiplies your total damage. Seeing as both heroes will get a lot of their damage from direct +damage and not main stat, the Enchant Totem ends up being less impressive than it sounds unless you're getting Hearts and Satanics.

You can always gamble with crit items as well. Dendi's carry shaker vs Fnatic last year looked impressive with his random 1.3k crits. (I might confuse the date and the team with something else though)

And armlet for the most cost effective totem damage. Interesting to note that it doesn't matter if you activate armlet before or after using Enchant Totem since it recalculates the damage.

I'm thinking shadowblade->armlet and BKB. I feel like he falls off around here because at the end of the day he's still a support playing carry. I guess fissure and echoslam are as good as ever even if his rightclicks start to struggle eventually.
I'm not so sure what to try for serious lategame. Heart or hotd->satanic do seem like reasonable options. AC is attractive for the armour, obviously, but attack speed seems kind of wasted when his steroid is on a cd...

At least the new Meepo give you a chance to survive an early gank, with the old Meepo you were 100% dead if they ganked you before level 6.
