theres cast animation and turn rate in hon you noob stancel, you should know cuz thats all you play now. hon is just much less laggier than dota 2 its pretty simple. in hon i get 50ping vs the 130 in dota. canadian internet sucks.
1v1 tl ban tournament. first place doesnt get banned rest get banned according to what place they came in.

I am pretty sure the cast animation and turn rate in HoN is way way WAY lesser than DOTA2 to the point that it's pretty much neligible? 
That tournament sounds fun. However as a member of the TL-GD thread, I am duty bound to follow the tradition of doj.

The animations might be a bit faster because the game is overall more fast paced, but they're relatively same.

my only problem with 200 ms is last hitting and remembering not to rely on reaction times to get out of bad situations. otherwise its not that bad as long as its not spiky

I hate playing on 200ms, happens a little, only if I get some really bad server on USE (normally it's like 120-130 ms) and 20-35 to EUW/EUE. Problem with lasthitting and fucking up some basic things on 200ms, meh.

Since we're all on the subject of ping, any SEA guys having trouble recently? A typhoon hit here a couple of weeks ago, and from then on my ping on the Singapore servers spiked from around 30-50 to 230-250. My ping on US West, on the other hand, remained the same at around 220-270. It's so weird for me, and I haven't played more than 3 games since (just log on from time to time to watch, especially since work's getting busier by the day). I'm moving in January 2014 though so I hope it's just a location issue.

I do very well with my pub builds because i've been consistently decent at the game for a long time. Never as good as pro players but always above the average pubstar on NA/USE on Bnet.

By one week i mean like 8 games a day. so it takes like 40 games to get from high/very high juggling to solidly very high and hitting first page occasionally.
I play the game for fun not for gratification in front of peers, anymore. used to enter online tournaments waaaaaay back in 06-07.

TBH the only guy from TL that I've seen on the frontpage is Alur. He was playing PA vs notail a couple of days ago and he won iirc. I've also seen Kipsate on Sing's stream once.
