I fail to see the coreness of the item on him. Shadow Blade works for a lot of heroes so it isn't bad, but why is it still particulary "good" on Kunkka? It still gives you bonus damage on Tidebringer. Go try it out. The bug was that it gave bonus damage that was multiplied for crits, meaning a Shadow Blade Daedalus crit could deal somewhere around 1k AOE physical damage.

You have to control the wave so you can CS properly. If you don't, then the opposing mid gets an advantage.

The bonus damage still applies to Tidebringer and always has (worked that way in DotA 1). The bug was being able to crit out of invis (DotA 1 all Wind Walks disable crit). The thing is in WC3, there was a short delay after you pressed stop for your unit to start taking action. If you stop-spammed your hero would remain in place. In DotA 2 there is no delay so if you stop spam your unit edges forward slightly every time (esp. if melee). I would use autoattack on if it actually replicated the WC3 functionality.

Not sure what exactly Fear does but this works for me like a charm cause it turns things to what hold and stop should work like in the first place imo: bind "s" "dota_player_units_auto_attack 1;dota_stop" //enables autoattack and makes your character stop moving bind "h" "dota_player_units_auto_attack 0;dota_hold" //disables autoattack and makes your char hold

I don't know why jD hasn't used him more than just Tobi's random fill-in co-caster. I will also support any Lan where the casters drinking cheap cider on stream.

I don't particulary use "s" stop command too often, instead I just keep moving around since that's been my habit from WC3 too. I don't like using "s" for last hits, only for stopping animations or chanellings. Is it bad to do it that way? Moving back and forth to do last hits?

Whatever you're used to is going to work best for you. You'll note that somebody on the previous page mentioned how three pro players all have different settings. None of these is best; it is what works for them. Their muscle memory of their settings is what makes them good, not the settings themselves.

I would argue the way you're doing it is the best way to last hit.

When I played HoN the hero would stop auto-attacking anything if you pressed H(Hold Position). If you do that in Dota 2 the hero actually starts autoattacking the closest target that appears anyway, this means that if you're hiding in trees and some ppl walk by your hero will start autoattacking them, I guess this is why Loda leaves it off and Fear has a macro so that he can turn it off if he's juking/hiding in the woods.
