Whenever I play my first dota game of the day (after opening dota), my windows mic volume is put to 0. I think this is a command in the autoexec config or maybe just the normal config. Any ideas what is doing this?

If you can't save for the expensive items, try to die less or get more money by trying to get the lasthit on dying enemies. 2. I would recommend aghanims scepter on Juggernaut. The parts cost only 1k or 1.2k, it increases your ultimate to do even more obscene damage. 3. For damage on intelligence heroes, the most cookie cutter item is orchid malevolence. It is build from 2 oblivion staffs and a recipe. The parts cost only 900 gold or less so you don't need to save much gold. The active ability of that item silences enemies and does increases damage done to that enemy. While we're at active items, find shadowblade. It costs 3k gold, but it makes you invisible. When you're invisible nobody can kill you. People can buy detection to see and attack you again, but it is kinda expensive. I prophecy that you will have tons of success with shadowblade. I challenge you to create a smurf and then carry a game with Crystal Maiden. with crystalys! Crits-all Maiden. Well played. I've actually SEEN a carry Crystal Maiden before...and we won. O_O Also relevant: seen the latest NerfNow arc then? "GIVE ME SIX DIVINE RAPIERS!" Technically, having buriza+5 give you more DMG.

It easily double your manapool allowing you to use healing ward without fear of running out of mana too quickly. You become a lot tankier thanks to the hp. And since towers are most likely defended, the ability to tank some spells and put a healing ward actually helps a lot in a push. As does the ability to win a teamfight if the enemy team goes for it. What items help with pushing(a.k.a. towerkilling)? In order of effectiveness: necrobook, assault cuirass, desolator, manta, mek, vlads, drums. I wonder what you would get instead of aghanims.

Not to mention you're going to be sitting on a lot of dead gold until it is completed. Phase/drums/yasha into something else is still the best build. you dont make 6 aghanims, you make agha, manta, deso, basher, butterfly

I for one, whenever I see someone saying 'you should get x on y', automatically think of them as bad.
