Fnatic is Fnatic, I find them unlikely to change their lineup
I think TL has a really strong lineup with a lot of good interpersonal strength between the members, it'd be a shame if 1 went.
Alliance.. I just don't see them swapping anyone out.

But he's got an 80% winrate on AM.
That's really, really fucking hard to do in pubs.

That's Beesa. He has stood in for TL before, and maybe another team I can't remember.
He's a pretty well known pub stomper who pretty much always plays in some sort of stack. Maybe he's being solo queueing recently, but I would say more than 90% of his games are stacks.
Also he is a tler and played in a team called Woona Stuck in the first TL dota 2 open with some other really good tlers

he doesn't only solo queue rofl. his profile is likely bugged, just click through some recent games and you can see him queuing with murs, kikoni crew etc.
he plays with all of the best NA pub stars consistently. If you click on their profiles it shows beesa not sure why beesa's friends aren't showing up.
I mean it's still good, but he's not a solo queuer.

Rat doto is another term for heavy splitpush strats with emphasis on avoiding teamfights. Split pushing - or pushing creeps as far as you can on multiple lanes, is a tactic that gives you map control and the ability to farm the entire map while not exposing yourself to ganks and losing teamfights (that you would likely lose and lose the game afterwards). If the other team tries to engage you / push your base, you push the other lanes just as hard (and if they commit, you trade one lane of "rax" for one or two lanes of their "rax").
more or less, thats the gist of it - splitpush and avoid fights.
