In pubs, mana boots + dagger is superior IMO, than you can transition into aghanim and other DPS items. My favorite, though, is mana boots + dagger + dagon 5 + EB. | ||

Dota phase tiny was just because people realized he was a carry and didn't need blink arcanes anymore. Despite treads giving IAS (which he really likes), it wasn't an issue when you don't need it to get a combo off and in general there is became of trend of using phase on carries because it is just a great item. | ||
