Again, even if they implement triggered healing in the WC3 sense for Abaddon only it doesn't help because there are no other instances of triggered healing in the game for him to stack with.

"Triggered healing" as it's being used here does nothing on its own. It only really becomes relevant when describing the effect of multiple triggered healing effects stacking together. In order to restore full functionality all damage reduction effects that were triggered heals in WC3 have to be converted to such in DotA 2 (and there are a lot you wouldn't expect--for example Windrunner's Focus Fire achieves the 50/40/30% reduced damage by applying a triggered heal for that % of the damage dealt).

am i the only one that has no clue of wats going on?

This is a decent, but fairly old, guide on how triggered heals work in Dota if that helps.
http://www.playdota.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3555

A lot of abilities that should negate damage in Dota don't actually negate the damage, they heal the target for the same amount of damage he takes. Often it ends up being the same thing in practice, but if you have two abilities that use triggered heals working at the same time, you take a single instance of damage but get healed by both abilities, making you actually gain health when attacked. One of the cases where that is fairly common is with Abaddon's shield, since you can apply it to another hero that has a innate triggered heal. Abbadon himself has another ability with a triggered heal.

LoL has a much bigger culture of people watching pros stream

Like, we only get near that when Dendi streams or something

I do feel that watching personal streams is a habit more prevalent in LoL, while people watch Dota tournaments more often than player streams. Maybe because there are so many random online tournaments avaible to watch all the time.

Yea I mean I play while watching streams but I find that LoL streams generally are a pretty big deal among the community while the Dota community couldn't really care less unless it's a tournament, which sucks for me because I couldnt care less about tournaments unless they are the finals/big tournament.

Player streams are cheap entertainment.

The Dota community prefers tournaments because they have taste.

My guess: internal pressure from iG got too big, everone expects the team to perform better. Before investing some time to solve the problems, they make a rushed, in the eyes of most people stupid, decision to swap out players and miss TI3 because of this.

Or they just give up the Alienware Cup to practice harder.

I think mainly because dota pro stream usually stack 3+, and the players are usually circle-jerk or do some stupid stuffs. It's nice for a while, but in the long run, I get bored with all the stupid talks.
I mean, in LoL, you can only do solo/duo queue, so most of pros usually do solo queue, and they have time to interact with the viewers and stuffs; while Dota pros only brotalk with each other, leaving the viewers by themselves. Even MarineKing or Polt who only say gg after each game have more viewer interaction than some dota pro.

Most LoL players watch streams because they want to get better to climb the solo q ranks, most dota players don't care because they have nothing to play for.

Apparently the sads news are about that chuan and yyf visited a dota player with cancer
Poor guy.

@Rob.au, i play to get better and so do most people i know. I don't need a league or a ranking to tell me if i'm improving. So saying dota players have nothing to play for seems so awfully wrong to me.
From the Ghastly Eyrie I can see to the ends of the world, and from this vantage point I declare with utter certainty that this one is in the bag!

A fair number of people do watch LoL streams for entertainment factor as well as for learning. When LoL was just starting up, it had a very stream-centric approach which has continued to carry over even through all of its development.
