Repel, bladefury and BKB and anything that grants magic immunity is useless against universal damage, but anti-mage spell shield and so on still work just fine against it. Pipe also blocks universal damage, iirc.

Given the fact that nowadays every team should have at least one physical core i fell that Huskarr will remain worthless in any kind of competetive game. All in all he is still a really gimmicky (bad) hero who can excell in certain matchups but sucks in a vast majority.

LoL has a relatively healthy local scene here, but it's really hard to get Dota games going. Am I hoping for too much or are there solid LAN scenes in the US? Dota isnt popular enough in the US for big LAN events across the US. right now they are confined to small, poorly publicized local events run by groups of friends. Look around the web for stuff in your local area. Reddit might be a good resource for this. If you live in a major coast city like NY, LA, etc you wont have trouble finding events but otherwise you might be kinda screwed on that depending on location.

SC2 got priority just because it ranks as a premier tournament for WCS as well. Nice

"We're aware it's a problem, this is why it happened, its not changing significantly for Winter, our website is still an ad for LoL, Riot is good for Dreamhack". Everyone on the stream looks absolutely dead, think I might just skip this episode.
