Also i had a hillarious amount of fun charging around the map, i didn't realize the buff was as good as it was, but it is man I remember pre buff I had a rhasta game, where the enemy SB just charged me every single time I was in vision, and I just died every single time. Basically I could not go out of my base :D I had no bkb, he had one, nothing I could do.
Man I was trying to play Sniper after the buff against one, and shit was lame. He even brought a Naix with him. All I could do was ghost scepter.

Universal damages essentially works just like magic damage, but it can't be blocked by magic immunity. Repel, bladefury and BKB and anything that grants magic immunity is useless against universal damage, but anti-mage spell shield and so on still work just fine against it.
