I think it's a very apparent name as he is a prophet and historically prophets were associated with preaching on mountains. Also despite having a river, a waterfall, forests, ramps, gulches and cliffs, the dota map lacks a proper mountain.
I propose we hold a vote over the official naming of this awful phenomenon. So far we had hill furion furion cliff-jungling Mountain Prophet
Any suggestions?

thought furion kenobi was the one where you spend the whole game just multi stacking camps with your trees

There was a screenshot somewhere that Valve are making a beginner hero pool with simple heroes. There were around 20 of them or so. I think it would be cool if Valve made one tutorial for each of those heroes. Explore the lore a bit, give players who finish them some cosmetic items to promote them playing it.
It would also be cool if they opened the tutorial/guide system to the community. I think there's a lot of space for it. I would totally play a jungling guide that gave me a lot of advanced tips how to do it more effectively, it would be so much better than just a written guide! Or just a straight up lasthitting training would be nice too if you jsut wanted to practice your mechanics.

What hero do people want in DotA2 next?
I vote Ember Spirit, Pit Lord, or Terrorblade.

I vote Ember Spirit, Pit Lord, or Terrorblade. Its almost definitely going to be either abbadon, or legion commander. Maybe both :D

Next is probably Abbadon. After that LC. Very much looking forward to that, both of the heroes are really cool!

I want my damn terroblade allready
I miss trolling people with sunder way too much

I want abbadon nao, such a fantastic hero
|
I used to play a ton of abbadon, I haven't researched him since I last played dota1, I hope he hasn't been nerfed or changed.

i hope its both. considering how much money we thrown at them on the compediums alone, they should be pumping heroes out faster.

If else... Just don't (normally). The danger with this "rule" is that it can lead to situations where you're buying a Midas when you should be the aggressor. Sometimes the enemy team doesn't want to push fast/etc., but that's because they're the ones who are ok farming it out, and your team needs to end the game in 20-30 minutes. If you're getting Midas in that scenario then you're delaying the pushing/teamfighting that needs to happen as fast as possible.
Yeah, you got a point.
I might should have added that i mainly go for it on Tiny and Faceless Void.
On tiny especially i think its a good choice in most games (obviously not if you play him as ganker/mid)... He loves the IAS, he loves the faster exp gain... It's allmost like made for him...

I'm not sure how others feel about it, but if you plan on getting fast Agh's and farming a lot in the early game, I think someitmes its better to not get midas. Aghs gives an increased XP + GPM like midas, but at a faster rate (like a battlefury on AM), and getting a midas just delays this giant boost to this.
Maybe I'm wrong about this, but that's just my feelings about it.
