It's been at/near the top of the moderate bugs for ages but has yet to be fixed. Well that's also a unique case because there's probably at least some amount of internal debate about whether that should be a bug or an intended change (since there are some benefits to the new formula being more intuitive). I honestly don't know what these benefits are. The normal armor system really isn't very intuitive (also the whole 6% ehp thing which makes it mildly intuitive doesn't work for negative armor) and this bug wrecks the balance of several heroes (also makes some items considerably weaker).
I really don't know of any other bug that alters the two games as much.
The most important other bugs are probably siege creeps not upgrading (apparently somewhat of a bug in dota 1) and tower BAT randomly going down at a undetermined point in the game. The latter of these seems like it's hard to fix since it's so random. Oh, and for hard to fix bugs Tusk randomly teleporting around from snowball I just find hilarious.

It's only just after noon at Valve, give it some time.

Well I'm about to go to bed and can't sleep if I don't know the teams.

Well maybe you should have thought about that before living so far from Valve HQ.

Seriously though I think it's not hard to figure out which teams will be invited, you probably have a list of 6-8 already.

Tobi saying Bristleback and Sky will be the shinny new heroes for TI3 qualifiers...I don't really know about that.

Skywrath might make it in a few games.

Slark is going to get slightly buffed in 6.78 and he's going to become a big roleplayer at TI3. Heard it here first, folks. I might look really dumb, but I really believe it's going to happen.

In a game with DS, Gyro, SD, Lesh and Storm Spirit vs KOTL, PL, Omni, Tusk and Clock, how would you lane? Defensive tri or aggressive?

Also, now that people have realized that Valve doesn't really fix bugs after a hero is released they're going crazy on the dev forums during test client patch days. Kind of funny to see like 50+ bugs on TC.

it shouldnt matter, the first lineup is just so much stronger and should win the game in 20-30 minutes

We did go for aggressive trilane (but DS solo, SS mid), but why go for an aggressive trilane in this situation is prefered? Even though Lesh can push well Kotl can antipush.

It's hard to believe that Icefrog would buff Slark given how disproportionately strong the hero is in pubs compared to organized games.
