I honestly think that's the biggest change from WC3 DotA to Dota 2.

They're listed as bugs--the "pause" state isn't really implemented yet so everything just uses stuns instead. Ok, thanks. That's a huge deal, imo. Makes for example SD quite a bit stronger than in WC3 DotA.

There is no point of picking all my examples and try to find an excuse since I am just picking a few of them without reading when or why. BTW , you mentioned about an extraordinary minor bug but it can be used competitively since batrider is a very top ban/pick material. Ofc serious bugs need to be fixed early, but this game is not beta right now. Valve will organize 3rd '1 million dollar' tourney on this game. Hundreds thousands of people play it every day and spend a ridiculous amount of money on it even it is F2P. Valve is a big company with a huge pile of money and years of development on that game. I couldn't accept they shift focus to other things rather than engine and bug fixes which are the main things to decide when "pseudo beta" ends. Edit:grammar

It's been at/near the top of the moderate bugs for ages but has yet to be fixed. Well that's also a unique case because there's probably at least some amount of internal debate about whether that should be a bug or an intended change (since there are some benefits to the new formula being more intuitive). EDIT: The other thing to realize is that these are only even considered "bugs" because of the nature of this game--they're not broken functionality or gameplay exploits, they're just parity issues because Valve wants this game to be at parity with DotA 1. The only reason they might be considered bugs is because Valve chose to do something no other developer has done before in making DotA 2 the same game as DotA 1. And, well, seeing as they're basically the first developer to do this, its hard to fault them for having issues with the process.

This is the only thing in this game imo doesn't need to be fixed rather completely should be removed. But damnfrog decided to buff it instead. Jeez... They don't even care to fix important but easy to fix things like pudge hook range which is 1600 instead of 1333, if I remember correctly. Hats are more important than game itself. oh yes they are so easy to fix, well then why dont you just send your code to valve mr programmer

Edit:grammar actually the lifestealer bug is pretty minor he should be immune but he barely gets affected by napalm anyway also technically the game is still in beta

I couldn't accept they shift focus to other things rather than engine and bug fixes which are the main things to decide when "pseudo beta" ends. Edit:grammar I don't see what you are trying to achieve. Games take years to develop, Valves' ones (read: excellent games) especially. Even they spend 10 years to make DotA 2 a close to perfect game (since perfect game is impractical) I will consider that as decent pace of gaming development. You claimed that Valve didn't prioritize fixxing bugs over, as you suggest, making comestic items. Yet you picked some examples without even looking at the details and the report timing. What is your point then? You want Valve to fix all the bugs within one day? Because if not then there will be a lot of existing bugs, so picking and naming a few of them prove nothing. Or you want Valve to never release a comestic item before they do the impossible that is fixing all the bugs? And hundres thousans of people play it everyday but not all of them play competitive games. In pub games, I have seen less Batrider than Troll and Riki. So the significance of the bug needs to be evaluated. I don't know how Valve regards the bug fixxing, but they are doing it and whatever one does, he needs to set priority. So some bugs will be fixed first, other later. The bug list of new patch focuses on new heroes-related bugs? Are you surprised? Because those bugs are often the most visible ones, relating to a new part of the game just came fresh out of development. Valve needs players to test those new heroes so they can instant fix a number of most obvious errors first. I see nothing wrong or suprising with that line of thought.Lastly, I don't know which developing process is being prioritized by Valve right now but you have done nothing to prove that it isn't fixxing bugs. So you should quit complaining or do it in a reasonable way. Btw, Valve isn't the biggest company. It maybe a big one with a few dozens of employees, but not all of them are working on DotA 2, and not all of DotA developers are working on bugs. And everygame lunches with tons of bugs. Some of them will never be fixxed. Just have a reasonable expectation and entitlement and you will be fine playing the game, spending money on it. And this F2P game is more polish than a lot of P2P games. It is still work-in-process now and can only get better.
