How many games have you even played as Legion Commander in WC3 Dota? I bet the vast majority of people getting all protective of Legion Commander being racist barely knew the hero existed until someone pointed it out.

I've been playing WC3 since Steve's days and if I have to be honest with you the hero who really excels in showing his true personality is precisely Tresdin. People got protective because turns out Legion Commander will indeed be a woman and not a man riding his mighty horse in DotA2 like Garithos was. I'm fine with the woman but completely changing his personality makes no sense whatsoever.

It doesn't really matter for how long you've been playing DotA, because LC is one of the newest heroes, and his lifespan has a big overlap with Dota2. How you (and everyone else on Reddit and Team Liquid) managed to get so attached to him I don't really understand.

dont make any more demands of volvo it took them 6 weeks to copy paste some wc3 campaign model whereas Riot manage to release a new 3d character every other week

So today I took an adventure and joined two of my completely new (only bot games before) friends into matchmaking, so I can carry them a bit out of the absolutely worst mmr place with all the leavers and quitters.
It's amazing what people are whining about.
One game qop said in all chat we should report this batrider for trollpick, because he had to jungle with bat instead of taking mid. After 18 minutes he had 0-0-0 and finally got his dagger, and was whining that the qop took his middle in all chat, because batrider is obviously a lane hero only.
Another game thought it was absurd to see a naix going in lane instead of jungle.
I also had people ragequitting for dying as first blood. Can't even remember last time something like that happened.

The lowest level games seem to have become a total cluster fuck, which a real shame

What? What you just described is what makes the lowest rating hilarious since the rage and whine bears no logic whatsoever. Like you can get 1v5 smokeganked(not that it would ever happen in the lowest) and people would report you for intentional feed.
