Riki might beat solomid Chen. Maybe PA or spectre
Really though Riki is really weak in lane. His skills are really much better for ganking
e: nevermind actually spectre is probably pretty strong in 1v1 situations because of dagger/desolate (at least compared to riki)

A couple awkward points about Lothar's on Slardar:
- It costs more mana to use than Blink. This is significant because Slardar's early mana usage is actually pretty tight, but he doesn't actually want to buy mana items.
- It delays your BKB by ~1000 gold. Your teamfight core is intiation item+BKB. The offensive stats are nice, but ultimately they don't really dictate your teamfight presence as Slardar.
- It's a solo-kill focused item on a hero that's a little awkward solo-killing with it. Ultimately most of the "good" Lothar's users are heroes that have some form of solo-killing potential or burst damage (SF Lothar's->double Raze burst, Drow solo killing iwth arrows+silence, Kunkka with X->Torrent->Ship combo, etc.). The problem is that with the way Slardar's spells interact, there's no "good" way for him to really combo out of Lothar's unless you happen to get lucky and bash on your Lothar's break hit.

Witch Doctor is actually a pretty good mid hero. ~56 base damage with decent animation and projectile speed, 600 autoattack range, good creep control spell for pushing out waves, decent gank assist and killing potential.

The problem is that if the other mid can reliably shove waves into tower, then he is free to countergank anything Riki does.
If the hero against him mid can't put any pressure on him, then the moment Riki shows, the Mag or BM is going to TP Roar/RP and counter-kill you because in 2v2/3v3 fights Roar and RP are far more fight-changing than anything Riki can do at that level without items.

Didn't one of the Asian lol distributors already announce before that lol has over 100 million players but they quickly got called back? With the amount of referral farming going on I take any numbers from Riot with a pile of salt.
Anyway, finally Defense 3 Finals tomorrow. Took long enough. I hope they revise their model but knowing joindota that will take another 6 months.

i myself open 1 of everykind of chest i get and delete the rest. my way of supporting valve since i never paid for the game!

At least this practice means you will never open two chests with the same item.
Unless it's a super-rare drop from both chests (and I don't think I'd complain about opening two of the same rare courier).

I opened about.....8 of those Crystalline chests just to support valve. Got 6 wards, and 2 items. Rare Skeleton King Sword and Rare Centaur Warhorn. Disappointing to say the least.

Anyone got any thoughts on Centaur Warrunner in both pubs and competitive?
I've been messing around with him recently and have stumbled upon an unusual rich winning streak. His burst damage in the laning phase is very high with double edge+stomp, he farms well with double edge and his strength gain can spiral out of control if he gets off to a good start. His stampede appears to be a powerful and versatile team tool.
Anyone got vids/replays of pros messing around with him?

yeah, if you are experience into the trading world you could easily realize that the only time you wana open chest is to get the new courier with special effect. Otherwise you could get pretty much any item you want in that chest at a lower price(chance wise)

The Crystalinne chests weren't really good honestly. Previous ones were way better.

He's not in -CM yet. In pubs, you're right he is a strong hero.
