Linken only blocks either Impale or Mana Burn. It doesn't block the carapace stun/damage reflect so ulting into a Carapace (and a good Nyx will Carapace and deliberately tank your ult when possible) will still more or less get you killed. | ||

edit - It also gives her very little besides the magic immunity, just some hp and attack damage. It's imperative to get a bkb vs a Nyx (really even vs a no stun team a bkb eventually becomes imperative if they start buying sheeps/etc.) but I can't say rushing it as a first item is going to be the best idea (If you're in a situation where you need a bkb as your first item QoP was probably a bad pick). | ||

Well QoP was probably a bad pick if Nyx is in the game given how much of a nightmare it is to play against Nyx as QoP in the first place, but sometimes there are those games where you feel like playing QoP and someone on the other team picks Nyx right after but you don't feel like re-ing. | ||
