So if a hero has 100+12 damage, and he is under atrophy aura, he will then get reduced by 42% of 100 damage, which brings him down to 100-30 damage, or 70 damage. No idea on the ulti canceling though. | ||

I don't know where you can find the whole list, but pretty much all of the new heroes like Legion Commander, Pheoenix, Arc Warden, the frost dragon thing, etc. are not. I think terrorblade might not be in -cm too, he was reworked quite a bit in the past DotA patches. edit: Centaur also isn't, just checked 6.77b changelog and it says "* Centaur restricted from Captain's Mode" | ||
